Maki teaching class at iDance

Known for her high-energy classes, Maki blends authentic Egyptian style Raks Sharki (bellydance) with a modern flair. Being knowledgeable in the various styles of Middle Eastern Dance and culture allows her to present this style with respect and authenticity. Maki's students not only learn dance movements but also a little bit of the culture and history of the dance.

Winter 2012 Session

Level 1

These courses will be taught by Negma and Maki. Each level will get 8 weeks with each instructor. You will learn 2 choreographies in 16 weeks. There will be a performance opportunity at the end of the session!
